What we never do, and what we always do
ADSMoon never
- Asks for your password, your two-step sign-in code or a recovery code, by chat, phone or email.
- Sends a new bank account, Wise account or wallet address over chat or email.
- Asks you to pay to a personal account, or to "pay again" to unlock a balance.
- Asks you to install remote-control software or share your screen to "fix" an account.
- Offers guaranteed approval, "unbannable" accounts or ways to get around a platform ban.
ADSMoon always
- Shows the amount and payment details on the invoice in your dashboard on this website.
- Records every payment, top-up and withdrawal in the ledger you can see.
- Sends account updates to your dashboard too, and by email if you keep that on in Settings.
- Lets you check any request by signing in here yourself, instead of following a link.
If something looks wrong
Stop, do not pay, and do not send codes. Sign in here by typing the address yourself, and check the invoice in your dashboard. Then tell your account manager on one of the channels above, with a screenshot of the message. If you already paid someone else, contact your bank or exchange at once.
